We'll support you in advancing your contemporary knowledge and understanding of adult social care nursing in care home settings via the complex construction of self and utilising a Socratic Ethos directed towards thoughtful, high-quality and dynamic practice.

Our dedicated team will guide you as you explore the concepts of advanced communication skills, emotional intelligence, autonomous working, holistic assessment, reflective practice and leadership and management skills whilst developing a sound working knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulation and policy which underpins nursing and care home practice. We'll help you develop practice confidence and clinical skills linked to all stages of the person's care journey.
